The Cleveland Heritage Medal Tribute Book
As a lasting testament to the recipients of the 2022 Cleveland Heritage Medal, we offer the opportunity for friends, relatives and colleagues to pay tribute to the Heritage Medal recipients with personalized messages.
The Cleveland Heritage Medal Tribute Book will forever remind the honorees and their families of the impact and influence they have had on our community. The keepsake book will include a profile and photographs of each Heritage Medal recipient. The tributes will be customized with your personal message. Businesses and non-profit organizations may also honor Heritage Medal recipients with a tribute that describes the organization’s relationship with the honoree. The tribute may include the organization’s logo. However, the artwork and/or message cannot be an advertisement.
Copies of the Cleveland Heritage Medal Tribute Book will be presented to the honorees later this year.
The closing date for reserving Tribute Book messages is Friday, September 30, 2022. The deadline for submitting all tribute messages and accompanying photographs and/or logos is Thursday, October 6, 2022.
